Where we ship
We ship to Switzerland, the EU, the UK and a selection of other destinations — the full list is shown at checkout. Orders ship from our international shipping warehouses.
Processing time
In-stock orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 days. You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Pre-order items ship once they’re available. We email you updates and tracking details, so you always know where your order is.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, these are the usual delivery times:
Express shipping is offered at checkout where it’s available for your address. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can run longer around holidays or customs checks.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over €50 (or the equivalent in your currency) ship free, and some markets ship free on every order — your cart shows exactly what applies to you.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your destination, customs duties or import taxes may apply when your parcel arrives. These are set by your country and aren’t included in our prices.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. Your tracking link arrives by email once the parcel has been dispatched.
Lost or missing parcels
If your order doesn’t arrive, our delivery guarantee covers you: we refund it or send a replacement.
