About these terms
This store is run by LUVZ Clothing. By using the store or placing an order you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, our refund policy and our privacy policy.
Our products
LUVZ products use a heat-reactive (thermochromic) layer. The colour shift depends on temperature — body heat, breath, touch, warm drinks and the weather — so how strong and how fast it looks will vary with conditions. The shift is reversible.
We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look different from screen to screen. Follow the care instructions on each product page: balaclavas are spot clean only.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency of the market you shop from and can change at any time before you order. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes for your destination may be charged separately.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We may cancel an order — and refund anything you paid — if a product is unavailable, if there’s an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Pre-orders
Items marked Pre-order aren’t in stock yet. They ship once available and we email you updates and tracking along the way.
Payment
Payments are processed at checkout by our payment providers. We don’t store your card details.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. If your order doesn’t arrive, our delivery guarantee applies.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final — we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If an order doesn’t arrive, we refund it or send a replacement. The details are in our refund policy.
Reviews and content
If you post a review, you confirm it’s your own honest experience. We may display it on the store. Everything else on this site — photos, videos, text, the LUVZ name and logo — belongs to LUVZ Clothing and can’t be reused without our permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
